We carry out original research for every assignment undertaken. The research is comprehensive and will include verbal third party comment and any relevant general market feedback, confidentiality permitting.
We would expect to be in a position to produce a shortlist within 6-8 weeks on an usual assignment. At that point, comprehensive written material detailing personal and professional information is prepared on the candidates interviewed by us and put forward for client interviews.
